Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to make my order?
Each toiletry bag is made to order, and production time can vary from a few days up to 4 weeks, depending on demand. See the estimated production time under "Delivery Time" in the menu. You can also email us at hello@citrinestudio.no or contact us on Instagram to get an estimate for your specific order.

Can I return my order?
As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged during shipping. A damaged item must be returned within 14 business days of delivery in order to be replaced.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If you selected standard shipping, please allow 7–12 business days for delivery after the product has been produced and dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days of shipment, please contact the postal service to open a case.
Note: Shipping time is in addition to production time.
