1. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to all of Norway, selected countries in Europe, Australia and Canada.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, the customer will receive an email confirmation with tracking information if selected. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping information is correct. Once a package has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed. Citrine Studio is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.

Citrine Studio is not responsible for the estimated delivery time, as this is for guidance only. The risk for the item transfers to the customer at the moment the order is shipped.

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Time
By selecting standard shipping, the customer accepts the estimated delivery times provided by Posten.no. These times may be longer during busy periods such as Black Week and Christmas.

Shipping outside of Norway can incure additional custom duties and value added taxes (VAT), which are not included in the price and shipping cost listed on our website. Citrine Studio is not responsible for covering these expenses.

3. Uncollected Packages at Pickup Locations
If a package is delivered to a pickup location, the customer will be notified via phone, email, or letter. The package must be collected within 14 days. If the package is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to us. The customer may then choose to have the package reshipped, subject to a new shipping fee.

4. Right of Withdrawal
According to Norwegian law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase. In such cases, we will refund the full amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being notified of the decision. The only cost the consumer may be required to cover is the direct cost of returning the item.
NOTE: All custom-made products, where the customer can personalize the product with names/initials or other preferences, are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

5. Returns and Complaints
All our products are made to order with a personal touch and therefore cannot be returned unless the item is damaged upon receipt. In the event of damage, the customer must contact us as soon as possible within 14 days with documentation. We will then begin the process of sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

6. Disclaimer
Citrine Studio is not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to:

  • Strikes, lockouts, or other labor disputes

  • Riots, uprisings, invasions, terrorist threats, war, or preparations for war

  • Fire, explosion, flooding, earthquake, or other natural disasters

  • Governmental actions, laws, or restrictions

  • Delays or accidents involving postal or shipping services
